winning people’s heart
just now we had bowling tournament within the agency. I did not win and nor lose, and I was proud our team did very well. congratulations to makarip, alfie and epol. for personal record, I was the highest marks on the first round, lowest on the second round, and highest on the third round in the team. And for your record, epol got no 5, makarip no 6 and alfie no 7 for the total marks in rest of the agency. lolz. Anyway, that was not the story.
Updated 12.02.2010: I typed it via on my so-called android the first three paragraphs. But the touch screen does not suit my fingers to continue. So here it is.
I was challenged by a best friend to ‘win people’s heart’. I didn’t get what she really mean, but it might connected to something like love. And I know if that’s the thing there is one person that she mean: Fxxxxx. Winning her heart.
Back in university I used to have someone, F, despite she claimed we never declare, I think she’s the first one to open my heart to love. I didn’t won her heart, but she did wons mine. Then, something unexpected happened; I was too protective making her uncomfortable, then we break.
About one year or more after that, I found someone, S, during my practical. Know that she still single, I learned to win her heart based on my experienced. The relationship as you know was upside down. But I still hold my heart to not to lose. As something really really really unavoidable, I can’t continue. Not her fault. It was from my side.
During that period there was someone, R, trying to win my heart. She was trying so hard that I can ever expect and imagined, but what I regretfully did was I denied her. She didn’t cut lose but strive for about 2 years. I envy her spirit and really appreciate her effort. And I did felt something from her. But it didn’t last as I can’t promised her anything, she ended up engaging, ops, marrying someone else. I’ll pray for her and wish her happiness always. =)
And lastly there was someone whose name mentioned above came accidentally. We had chit chat for about 10 minutes (only) and to my surprised, it break my personal record to ask someone for a phone number! =) Then the funny part was I loose her number as I actually did not save it, only typed it and miss-called her during that time. I didn’t put any hope and think much about her since then. Three months later, I was the luckiest person as I received her first message. I am not the type that easy to accept someone especially during those crucial time but I value her effort. Thanks you very much, and I’ll take my bestfriend advice to win people’s heart again with Allah’s guide.
Anyway, congratulations to Mrs Bestfriend for your marriage and also congratulations to Miss F (read:’First’ not anything else) for your engagement. =) All the best to you guys.
